I have been standing in the cold for nearly two hours having just purchased a new car.
I can't change the insurance on the car to my new car on line because the website is down. I have been on hold for nearly TWO HOURS to do what every other company has seen as a relatively simple task. Twice so far I have managed to speak to someone who have both 'transferred' me back to the start of the hold process.
Do not use this company!!!!
