I bought a laptop which is £1000 way more than my usual spend and had a phone call from them about the unusual high price purchase the next day and the man was very polite and after having a chat I was glad that my account was flagged and they checked with me the account holder that this was a genuine purchase and not some scammer who had hacked me and was trying to clear my account without my knowledge. I feel safe when I use PayPal for purchases knowing they have my back if the spend is a bit more than usual Keep up the good work as genuine customers will respect your due diligence for the safety of their accounts
