I received the loan the same day so no issues there. however, i wanted it for debt consolidation and there were no checks to see if i had used the funds for this

No issues from start to finish. I switched my account from nationwide 3 months ago and everything has been plane sailing since. Cannot recommend them enough

Hven't had any issues. However, I didn't like my insurance quote renewal automatically going up. I rang and they then reduced it by over £400. It makes me wonder what happens to more vulnerable customers who do not realise they can contest their renewal quote
