Wasn't that impressed after the first year offer, continual annual increase and the first year of free breakdown was automatically applied even though I never asked, they did refund when requested.

Solid customer service but tend to raise their quote every year regardless of not claiming then lower when you ring, quite annoying

Nice little savings account, low interest but easy to access and have my change transferred from card purchases to here, which over time mounts up and you don't really miss.
