Was on the phone for a total of 1hr and 19 mins even before opening an account. Fir some reason my driving licence wasn't being accepted and I was told over the phone was I sure it was a real one. Of course it was a real one but all of a sudden the attitude of the advisor became very aggressive. I was put on hold for 22mins before they cut me off.

I opened an monese account because every bank refused a basic account (even though I had never been in debt but was something stopping me at the time) since then I have been offered full current accounts from other provider but will not open one because monese is nor only simple to use it provides everything I need at a very small cost compared to the high street banks. Never had problems and always great customer service.
