There was a problem with Barclays as I contacted customer support by phone regarding change my personal account details. Operators were not able to access my account without telephone password. I made a complaint by email and very soon, maybe in 30 min someone from Barclays contacted me by phone to help me sort out this problem. Everything has been done extremely easy way with apologising and compensation from Barclays. I am a Barclays' customer since 2009 I think and I am absolutely satisfied with its service. Thank you
