Spoke to Jane Longmore at length today about a possible remortgage. Although I was extremely satisfied with the deal being offered, Jane did state that my current provider may be able to offer a better deal, as many mortgage providers offer preferential rates to existing customers. I took Jane's advice and was able to shave 1.6% off my current interest rate, at no extra cost. I cannot praise Jane highly enough for her integrity, honesty and professional manner. I will certainly be recommending her services to all my family & friends.
