The most horrendous experience I have ever had from a company who has terrible communication and does not even follow its own complaints procedures. Aftet 9 months and no kitchen or cooking facilities since my initial claim, I am still waiting fir a settlement. The company refused to follow instructions from the Financial Ombudsman Service adjudicator. The stress has resulted in time off work and a nervous breakdown. Reviewed on: 28th July 2016
