I really like saving with Atom. The app is easy to use and everything is very clear. When you need them, customer service is very good.

The TSB staff at my local branch are very polite and helpful. They are always there to help you if you have questions or need help with your account. Overall, banking with TSB offers an easy, straightforward and easy way to handle your money.

I love how easy it was to set this up, how easy the app is to use, the clear and abundant information you get about your saver account and the good interest rates. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Despite the problems with online banking a while ago, banking with TSB is easy. The app and website work well. And if I need to speak to a human, I still have a branch in my home town where the staff are very approachable and helpful.

Because I'd lived in Europe for 16 years, I had a low credit score in the UK. Vanquis were the only company who would give me a credit card. I feel that although their fees and interest are high to cover their risk, they have always been very open about what they charge and how the card works. They've also been very pro-active in helping me to build my credit score. I now have an excellent rating, mostly because Vanquis made it easy to manage my card.
