Sorry I've got letters from intrum before about debt I have from a credit card account which I never even opened. I've explained this a few times and they go quiet for a while before sending another letter.
I have learning difficulties so I'm vulnerable to scams and I panic when I get these letters as I don't know whether to trust them or not
