I haven't had to make a claim, so can't comment on that. The price was great, though. Taking out the policy was quick and easy.

Haven't had any problems in terms of service. The interest rate drop from 3% to 1.5% was disappointing, but not unexpected. The cashback on regular bills is quite nice, and more or less covers the monthly fee.

Was the cheapest I could find at the time. Was easy to set up. Haven't had to make a claim, so I can't comment on that. Happy so far.

I switched from NatWest, which all went very smoothly. I don't really have any complaints, but I haven't had to deal with customer services so I can't comment on that aspect. The recent interest rate cut is very disappointing, but I guess inevitable.

I haven't needed to make a claim, so can't comment on that, but I was impressed with the price - it was less than half what I was paying at Aviva. So far so good!
