This is a SCAM company, they randomly BLOCK your card, for no good reason, then ask for ID etc. once given they pretty much ignore all emails and offer no good reason for not re opening the card
I am now taking them to court as they are ignoring me and illegally holding £1200 of my cash
I urge you to Please DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH POCKIT
