The website was relatively easy to navigate and although neither of the phones I had were listed it was easy to add. The cost bracket was easy but when you phone is on the lower end , ie just over the £100 bracket it is tempting to insure for upto 100 as there is a cost implication. However the cover is comparable and is mid bracket insurance. The test will be if we ever need to use it.
