Been trying to open an account for 11 weeks. Just been told by one of the staff that I should go somewhere else as it’s likely to take weeks more!!!
Impossible to get a response and I am know unable to receive my contractors pay as I have no bank account!
Absolutely hopeless and totally unprofessional.
