As Santander's opening hours are limited it makes it very difficult to arrange an appointment. It also means that a lot of prior planning is involved to sort out issues. Very frustrating especially when working a 9-5 job as have to take time off to go to the bank.

No additional paperwork needed just went in store and got the credit card same day with no fuss. The server answered all my concerns and queries about the card.
