I just joined. Paid out over £150 to join. At the same time I cancelled my current insurer of 4 years costing a £60 exit fee believing I was esure in the join up crossover cancellation with the old Co. Sure they went up as time went on but they were reliable. I checked on MID 2 days later to find out I wasn't insured for another 2 weeks. So I've no car for work & travel for 2 weeks. All to save myself £10 a month. For this awful convenience. Customer service is only by robot and says I've got to cancel to start a new date. I bet I have to pay a fee if I do. I now have to walk 3 miles to work and 3 miles back home. Terrible company. Won't be renewing with them again!
