I have been an account holder for some time with Halifax. Very good customer service and never had any problems with my accounts. Very helpful team. I lost my wallet once and they promptly cancelled my card and had a new card within the next day. They also provided me with an easy overdraft option and savings account. I also have a car insurance with Halifax and its a very rewarding and easy to set up car insurance. Had no problems and got my insurance and all the paperwork the same day. Thank you very much, very helpful and rewarding experience.
