Excellent and never had issues

I recently had an online account hacked. Luckily, I noticed quickly and rang Barclays to ask them to stop the payment. They acted fast, replaced my cards and the money never left my account. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

Ok but concerned due to policy changes

I've registered my pug with Animal Friends since he was 4 months old. He had a nasty ear infection which was caused by nothing other than water getting into his ear however they won't cover him for any issues with his ears for the rest of his life. Shame. Reviewed on: 7th April 2017

I have never had an issue with Barclays in over 11 years. On a few occasions, I have had a card cloned or suspicious activity on my account and it was dealt with before I knew about it which saved stress and hassle. Reviewed on: 7th April 2017

I had an issue a few months ago where someone tried to hack my card, Barclays called me to let me know and blocked my card to prevent any money being taken, then sent a new one and it was sorted within a few days. Reviewed on: 15th November 2016

Excellent service when I needed it most

My phone was stolen within 6 weeks of purchase. I was panicking about the replacement cost but was worried that a claim would seriously effect my policy so rang and made an enquiry. Jo from Legal and General was very pleasant and polite from start to finish, offered to call me back when she knew it would take a few minutes to obtain some information and found the highest price she could for my phone. She also weighed up the pros and cons of making a claim for the phone and wasn't pushy when I was deciding. I didn't have to pay the excess upfront as it came out of the cheque which was great as I had just moved and was short for money. I received the cheque within 2 weeks of my claim and the whole process was so much easier than I thought it would be. Reviewed on: 18th August 2016
