Overall an amazing bank. My only gripes are to have an option to exclude certain transactions from spending insights for better money management and also have a savings account.

Customer service is quite good and interest rates are quite high but the app is useless as there's no features at all except to make a transfer.

Great service as the app is feature rich and easy to use. Probably the best way to move money across borders as its the cheapest in the business and also instant.

The app is one of if not the best in the business as it provides you with basically any features you can think of. But the customer support is basically useless. The staff doesn't even understand your problem so typically its just a simple response and the case is closed without solving your problem. Great service to manage your money spendings but if there is any problems, I would not expect it to be solved by them.

The app is arguably the best in the business as it provides you with basically any features you can think of. But the customer support is basically useless. It takes half a day for someone to respond to you in the app and typically its just a simple response and the case is closed without solving your problem. Great bank to manage your money spendings but if there is any problems, I would not expect it to be solved by them.

The savings account which comes with your current account is amazing as it provides 3% interest on balances up to 250k which is the highest in the business. Overall app layout is good but its abit slow to update your balances when you launch the app. Being able to exlude certain transactions from spending insights will make money management even better.

The current account is amazing as it provides 1% cashback on purchases. Your debit card is also numberless which helps protect your details. Starting from April 2023 you'll also get 1% interest on your current account balance. Overall app layout is good but its abit slow to update your balances when you launch the app. Being able to exlude certain transactions from spending insights will make money management even better.
