No service and no common sense.

We have been dealing with Lloyds over an account for a gentleman with a foreign passport, someone who has lived in the UK for the last 45 years. Not only were we given completely the wrong information, they wasted two weeks by doing so and then told us something else completely. The reasons given made no sense, they displaced no common sense and there was no common courtesy either. We have since dealt with another bank for exactly the same issue without all the fuss and nonsense they made. Impolite staff who clearly have no interest in customers at all. Atrocious service (Kingston Upon Thames branch). Would never recommend this bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023
