it's good but not as great as everyone makes out. Its more about their savings rates than the account features. Good bank and i'm sure in 18 months or so it will be much better.

this used to be a great account, they need to improve. The features all work and are all there but its old infrastructure and needs a referesh, the app is good though

Been a customer for years. They are on of the few who always innovate and move forward! flex was a great addition. Wish they had branches, but I know that's not the way the market is at the moment.

Long time customer of HSBC, they do everything they do well, but haven't kept up to speed with the finteches and seem a little dated now
