Without notice or explanation froze my business account leaving me unable to pay suppliers or staff … days later I’m still waiting for a call from their head office ( who you can’t call !!) branch and customer service employees are useless say there’s nothing they can do I just have to wait to be contacted. In the meantime I can’t pay staff or suppliers and my business could collapse.
Can’t believe they get away with this it’s unbelievable … even the financial ombudsman haven’t come back to me. My hands are tied. X the stress it’s causing is off the scale. Please do not use this bank. I also save with Nationwide and they are amazing but unfortunately don’t do business accounts.
