I had to call on sainsburys when I couldn't lock my back door. A locksmith was with me within 2 hours. Great service, they even called the follying day to see if I was happy.

I recently was in a situation where my back door wouldn't lock. Luckily I had home emergency cover with sainsburys home insurance.
I called them up & within 4 hours a locksmith came & fixed my lock. Great service
