No ‘thank you for being a customer’ , apology or real explanation as to why the card is being withdrawn. Not the way to demonstrate good customer service. I suggest that anyone who has a card with JaJa seeks a new card straight away and looks carefully at the card provider when applying - if it’s a JaJa card then walk away. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
