Sends rejection letter when you decline their offer

I had pre approval and had asked for the amount I wanted.
I was approved and sent an email of that approval with links to accept the offer.
The offer was significantly less than what I had asked for so I declined their offer.
I also received an email from them stating I declined their offer.
Yesterday I received a letter from them claiming they declined me!
I wouldn't recommend a company that tries to lie to someone about reality.
