When I initially joined "the club" an interest rate was most welcome. It has since reduced to a really low level. The only reason I stay is because there is not much else out there. I now transfere a lot into peer to peer lending at ZOPA.

My sister died and I had to cancel my holiday.
I phoned saga and they sent me a claim form for the doctor to fill in.
The doctor couldn't really help, so they phoned him.
They then suggested that I contacted the hospital.
I did this, and after a month the hospital replied.
The saga contact did most of the work for me, by telling me what to do. (Insurance claims can be a bit of a minefield).
