Yes, I was approved and yes the application was easy but come on, nearly 90% annual interest is hard to ignore.
What this equates too is not only day-light robbery, but means that in just two years a loan of £1300 is hit with over £1000 in interest alone.
To be fair though, I could not fault Bamboo in the service offered and up-front clarity of what I was agreeing to but come on, even thumb-breaking Tony charges less and he comes to your door to collect.
That said though I took the money, of course, but it still stings a bit when I look at 3% APR's offered by my own bank with whom I have been in the black with for over 12 years.. but,so what.... I just bury my head and live in the moment.
