Company is greedy and taking advantage of the cost of living crisis. Despite being a loyal customer, after 2 years with them and no claims, my renewal quote was £650, even after phoning to cancel they refused to go lower, when I only paid £234 the year before. Yes the prices of everything went up, it does justify the price rising by over £400. I went elsewhere and paid £457.

Absolute con of an app, clearly states that you get help to pay the bills by withdrawing some credit, only after signing up and paying, do you find out that there is only a tiny chance of getting any help, there is so many excuses they give to not offer the help to pay. This is very misleading and a con, because after you have paid, you then cannot delete the account. An absolute scam of a company

For me, this company is brilliant, I get a £70 food card from Iceland and pay it off £10 a week interest free, it is so helpful even to keep as a backup.

awful, they noticed fraud on my card, so blocked it and sent me a new one, ok great, but for some reason, they also blocked my new card aswell, I could not use it anywhere, it was rejected everytime I used it, 3 days of non stop phone calls, nobody knew what was going or how to fix it
