Hsbc standards have slipped compared to previous years. For example, repeated failure to correctly set up a direct debit from hsbc ac for hsbc credit card. Took months to sort out and was only able to resolve by raising as a complaint.

Customer service for hsbc bank account is much better than my experience with other banks. Never had to wait too long on the phone and the people dealt with were always helpful and knew how to gandle the issues I raised. Their app is pretty comprehensive and easy to use and very customer friendly the way it is set out.

Good value for money - especially compared to fees on isa and sipp investments on other platforms. Investment app is easy to use on the go with lots of useful information about investments.
