im beyond fustrated with this bank ive goit money in my account that ive been tryinf to access for over a month now and the problem started because there app went down and when it was sorted i was locked out of my onine banking.
They are ment to have sent me new details to log in and 2 new cards nome of them have arrived.
ive been trying to get htrough to custoer services for over 3 weeks as when you call they say they call u back and cut u off but they never do.
ive put in a offical complaint and have not recived emails other than saying they recived my complaint but there ment to email u at the 15working days point and again atthe 35working day point and theve got a max/of 8weeks to sort it well it was 7weeks ago i put my complaint in, so ill wait and see wat happens.
they are the most incompetent back ever im closing my account when all this is sorted ARGH
