After Santander's recommendation I changed my current account and my ISA with the 123 current account in order to get 3% interest on my balance. Now four months after that Santander changed the 3% interest on the 123 current account to 1.50%. How disappointing!

So disappointed with the changes to the 123 current account! After Santander's recommendation this Summer, I changed my Santander Current Account and my ISA for the 123 Current Account so I could get the 3% interest on my balance. Santander is now reducing the 3% interest to 1.50%. If something works for customers why change it!

I recently changed my current account to the 123 current account. I am very pleased with the 3% interest on my balance and the cash back received for any direct debits.
