Claim ref M91100069143 spurious claim left on database

Their client made spurious claim against my vehicle hundreds of mile from my home quoting a driver as "Bob " yep, just Bob. Even though they haven't taken the claim further 4 1/2 months later they have left it pending on the insurance database, doubling my insurance.
They haven't responded to my insurance company , perhaps they'll respond to this.
