I was very disappointed when they shut my local branch. My nearest branch is now 15 miles away. However I can pay money in at the post office using my card. I feel though that the personal *touch* has now gone.

Halifax were very understanding when I was left by myself with a Mortgage. They let me go interest only for 1 year. Now I am fine and in advance with my Mortgage. I would recommend them
