I've applied for BTL mortgage with this lender 3 months ago and FHLis asking one after the other documents without studying the case properly. I never seen such a useless lender in my experience. If you want to loose your initial processing payment, lender fee, valuation amount please go with this lender. Finally you will loose property. please keep away from such a s***t
