Utterly dreadful service, utterly dreadful company - hence zero profits this year....

Had a minor collision. It took eight weeks to get the car repaired (a new wing). The hire car never matched what I had (an automatic but I would have to pay a daily surcharge) The broker put the insurance through Sabre Insurance - specialists for young drivers or poor risks. (I am 73 with a 9 year no claims) John Lewis are excellent on the phone (that's how they hook your business stupid) but totally useless as insurance brokers. DON'T USE THEM FOR ANY INSURANCE - EVER. Helpful to older clients with health issues

This company has a good range of options each separately priced depending on destination. Helpful staff when you ring with questions and competitive rates. Have never claimed (happily) so cant comment when things go wrong. Reviewed on: 9th July 2018
