I have been with them for two years now and am nothing but annoyed with the company. When I moved house I contact Churchill to change my policy (having looked up whether or not my postcode would mean an increase in price... it didn't). They put my policy up by £40, while also charging me £20 for 'Admin fees'. I asked for a break down of those fees because it doesn't cost that much to mail a few sheets of paper and enter a different postcode into a database and couldn't get a straight answer. I don't feel like they value their customers and being a young person struggling to afford the insurance anyway that could have gone a long way in my loyalty to the company.
