Car has been in their garage Auto Crash Repairs for over 3 months. SW have never once called me to provide me with updates on the progress and the garage have fobbed me off each time I have had to chase. I have now reported them to the financial ombudsman as have had to complain 3 times and post online reviews like this one online and on social media for them even to look onto my file seriously. Pay a bit more and use someone else - its a disgrace
