They won’t accept the emailed copies of no claims. Sent original but they somehow don’t have it?? Utterly useless customer service that couldn’t care less in fact I doubt he even had my policy up on the screen when patronising me. Lots of threatening emails for cancelling and charging £60 because I haven’t sent them proof of no claims. Now I don’t have my no claims paperwork because they have it. This company is on a par with Vodafone, and that is not a compliment. Do not use, they are clueless.
