Leighton Buzzard staff were pleasant, helpful, excellent explaining the T+Cs and answering my questions. Online support team are thoughtful, patient (took a while to realise my difficulties were caused by the Apple iOS) and helpful. They provided good advice, thanks to all. Reviewed on: 1st April 2024

Unlike the banks, my first communication with Harpenden Building Society was answered by a knowledgeable receptionist who was able to answer all my questions and send me full information of the savings account in which I was interested. I also welcome the interest rate and the fact that I can operate my account by post. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

After HSBC, Barclays, and Natwest leaving Tring, it was a pleasure to get Harpenden BS replacing Nationwide as our only financial outlet. After Natwest let me down in Jan 23, I opened a new triple access ISA with Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
