Although we haven’t needed to claim (thank god) we find BBM really easy to set up and looks easy to claim if you have to. Heard from friends who are with them also that when they’ve claimed there’s never been an issue. Love that they have the vets available on video all also

I didn’t have to claim during the time I was insured but they seemed to offer comprehensive insurance for a good price and at the end of the year when it went up it was so easy to leave them. Literally a click of a button!

Luckily I’ve never had to claim but I’ve had no negative experience so far. The insurance seems to cover a lot for the monthly price
