Unable to get a loan from my bank, I'd heard the plend founder being interviewed on a radio programme. Looked them up and got my 10k loan immediately. In 3 months I will have paid it off.

Having put in a claim I have received zero response and written feedback. Customer service line twice waited over 40 mins and then cut off. Can't think of any worse service experience anywhere. Would rather Lloyd's removed it and we choose our own which would definitely not be Allianz.
