You have to experience Sainsburys to appreciate how truly bad it is

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, online banking options are limited so you can't avoid calling customer services and so far this week I've spent around 7 hours on hold in total and got nowhere. They hung up on me twice and three times I've been told by someone with zero customer service training that they can't help but will transfer me to someone who can and then just dump my call to the back of the queue on hold again. I wish I had read some of these reviews before using their services, I intend to cancel my dealings with them as soon as I can speak to someone Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018
