The gentleman I dealt with explained fully to me why cruise insurance is more expensive than holiday insurance. I tried several companies to get this explanation but the others were not forthcoming. Being upfront is very important especially to people who've never done a cruise before. The cost was good and the documents arrived promptly. I would definitely use them again
