After having the post office credit card for 8 months and using it regularly I received a letter saying that I needed to send the proof of my id BY POST within 60 days otherwise they would cancel my card. 3 days after receiving this letter my card was blocked and I was unable to access the funds, 18 days before Christmas. I tried reasoning with customer service but after a few seconds of silence on their end they hung up the phone!! I did not swear or raise my voice. I shall be paying off my balance now and closing my account, appalling service and demands.
