I've been with lloyds since I first got a bank account and they've never failed me. There have been times over the years that they could have sold me things I really didn't need or could afford but they have a conscience unlike some companies I've come across. Every review I've had they've been impeccable in seeing the full picture of my finances and whats needed or not needed. Every time I leave the branch I feel the staff have gone above and beyond and not just for a good review. thats rare these days. well done Lloyds!
