We were with another leading pet insurance company for our 2 cats. One became ill & we assumed any treatment would be covered. The insurance company were a nightmare & to cut a long story short, we weren't covered & it cost us a lot of money. Fast forward a couple of years & we'd moved to Tesco. One of our cats had an accident & we had absolutely no issues with Tesco whatsoever. They were great & a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.
