I bought a new car due to there being problems with my previous one. I had been insured with them for two years prior. I phoned to change my car on my insurance (already paying £600) and they quoted an extra £1200 on top of my existing £600 I already paid. I was extremely disappointed as I was a happy customer at this point and never had a problem with them.
