I applied to tesco bank over 3 weeks ago online, my credit rating is good so thought there would be no problem, 3 weeks later and a phone call which i was on hold for 11 mins i have found out its be declined! Im looking ino it through experian, but the point is no letter or phone call or email. Very bad customer service
