Tailored the insurance to suit us, when a claim was made it was easy to contact the support team from abroad and the claim was met in full on our return home. Good value, and good customer service.

World FirstTravel was able to tailor the travel insurance to our needs. We travel in our motorhome for trips of up to four months, and visit different countries on the way. World First fitted the insurance to suit us, rather than many other companies who wanted us to fit their policies. The policy was easy to set up, it was a great price, and their advisors were extremely helpful. The big question though is how would they handle a claim? Unfortunately we both both had to make a claim under the policy for emergency dental work. World First were easy to contact from abroad, were reassuring and gave good advice, and on our return home our claim was paid out in full. Excellent company, we will be using they again and recommending them to friends and family.
