not so good. linked to halifax so if that closes then lloyds would too. bank closed my account unfairly and unjustly because of a false claim at which i was in the right and nothing can be done once they make a decision unfortunately

not so good. someone owed me money and bank transferred it to me. i’m guessing because they moved away is why they did a charge back on my account and it ended up getting closed . I was not at fault

Chase has given me a fantastic experience. Any issues I had I was able to reach out to support and get a super speedy response and ALL of my issues have been resolved . Chase has also given me further opportunities to save money with cash back on pretty much all spending. At one point I didn’t even know there was a rewards pot which just after a few months I scrolled down to the bottom on the app and noticed I had saved over £60. I have recommended chase to my friends and they was also delighted with their experience claiming its the best bank they’ve ever used and this can’t be denied. I would definitely reccomened Chase to anyone who has not got it already to get it and see for yourself . I have been with so many other banks in the past and still am, Chase is above Barclays, Satander, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide due to its security and ease of access. all my trust is with chase and now I have all of my money being directed to my chase account
